The FCSP fanzine.

On the club, the Kiez, the rules they keep, and the base that keeps them. Written in English so the corner travels.

St. Pauli is not a result. It is a district with a stadium in it, and a club that has built rules around what the stadium is allowed to become. This fanzine is about those rules and the people who keep them.

Not the league table. Not the transfer window. Not the matchday cards. Other places do that and do it well. What gets lost in the English-language fan internet is the why. Why the boards turn down certain shirt deals. Why the Südkurve fights for a queer banner in a cup final. Why the Millerntor refuses to become a ring of corporate boxes, even when the league says it should.

The club wrote down its guiding principles in 2009. Belongs to its district. Stands against any form of discrimination. Answers to its base. Those are not slogans here. They are the operating constraint that shapes every decision the rest of football considers self-evident.

The voice is borrowed from the fanzines that lined the Fan-Shop wall in the 90s. Anonymous, terse, in love with the place without apology.

Written from outside Hamburg. Read mostly by people who can't catch the bus to the Heiligengeistfeld. Held together by the bet that the corner survives best when more of the base understands what it is.
